Patient Survey Results: Current concerns are in the following areas: Dental remains the highest concern at 21.2%. Housing is the second concern at 20.1%, followed by food and diet at 13.1%.

We need your feedback: Comprehensive Health Care is in the process of getting a grant to provide onsite dental. What are your thoughts? What have been your experiences/barriers when it comes to oral healthcare?  

CQM Report:  At the end of each meeting, please provide any information that would be helpful to the Quality Management Team to work on prior to their next meeting.   (Dental, open house, bylaws updated, etc.)
